Digital Protest Against the KCP Proposal by Healthcare Workers
Esra Gelişli, President of the Sinop Branch of Öz Sağlık-İş and Hak-İş Confederation, stated, “We are not staying silent against the undervaluation of our labor, our demands that are ignored in the face of the high cost of living, and the unrealistic KCP proposals.”
Gelişli announced that a digital event will be held on Friday, July 4th at 8:00 PM on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter) to raise awareness for fair wages and humane living conditions, inviting all public workers to participate.
“We will continue to fight together to receive fair compensation for our labor and to make our voices heard louder. We call on all workers to join our X event on the evening of Friday, July 4th to stand up for our rights and amplify our voices,” said Gelişli, emphasizing the importance of social media solidarity during this process.
During the event, social media users are expected to show support by using the #SinopÖzsağlıkİş and #SinopHakiş hashtags.
