Martı Camping in Sinop has been sealed
Located in Akliman, one of Sinop’s important tourism destinations, Martı Camping, which hosts local and foreign tourists who want to camp, was sealed by the municipal police teams affiliated with Sinop Municipality.
Previously, the establishment, which had been decided to be demolished in previous years and had its tourism certificate canceled by Sinop Governorship, had obtained a stay of execution decision by applying to the court.
Upon the objection to the stay of execution decision being deemed appropriate by the higher court, the stay of execution decision was repealed. Following the decision, the municipal teams affiliated with Sinop Municipality partially sealed the establishment.
CLOSURE IS NOT AN ISSUE, LEGAL PROCESS IS ONGOING
The owner of the establishment, Orhan Yalçın, stated that the legal process is ongoing and the company will overcome all obstacles shortly, emphasizing that closure is not on the table. Orhan Yalçın, noting that they have recorded the necessary objections and applications, added that they trust in justice.
